The Cinémathèque de Nice is kicking off the celebrations for its 50th anniversary by presenting an exceptional film concert of Michel Hazanavicius’s The Artist at the Opéra de Nice. A delightful, poetic homage to silent cinema, the film has been a critical and popular success, winning awards from major film academies around the world. This film concert, accompanied by the 90-piece Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, offers the chance to enjoy Ludovic Bource’s exquisite soundtrack, which won Best Original Score at the Oscars, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, Goyas and Césars.
